Our photographer literally said "thank you" out loud during the ceremony — the light on the prairie at 7:42 was exactly what she'd promised us. Nobody had to leave the property all day.

Questions We Get A Lot

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

We share a preferred vendor list — catering, florals, rentals — at your tour. You're welcome to bring your own outside vendors too; we just ask that licensed and insured vendors check in with us ahead of your date.

What happens if it rains on our ceremony day?

The grand hall is the rain plan. We can flip the ceremony indoors under the same string lights with about an hour's notice — no separate tent rental needed.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes — a paved on-site lot with no shuttle required. Guests walk straight from their car to the hall.

How far out should we book our date?

Most couples book 8–16 months ahead, especially for Saturday dates during peak season (May–October). Corporate and private-event dates can often be confirmed on shorter notice — ask us what's open.

What's included in the rental?

Tables, chairs, prep suites, sound, and on-site parking are included. Bar service is arranged separately through a licensed vendor — we'll walk you through options at your tour.

Can we tour before we book?

Always — every date inquiry includes a note asking to schedule a tour, and we'd rather you see the light on the prairie in person before committing to a date.
