Smithville, MO · Est. ~6 Years
Where the good light lives.
A restored barn-modern venue for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations — indoor-outdoor flow across the hall and the open prairie beyond it. Your photographer will thank you at 7:42 p.m.
The Spaces
One Venue, Every Kind of Golden Light
Walk the hall, the prairie, and the suite before you book a single date — every space photographs the way it feels.

The Grand Hall
Restored timber beams, string lights, and room for up to 220 guests — reception-ready as soon as the ceremony chairs are struck.

The Prairie Ceremony Lawn
Vows against open Missouri prairie and a golden-hour skyline — the backdrop your photographer already knows how to shoot.

The Bridal Suite
A calm, soft-lit room to get ready in — mirrors, natural light, and space enough for the whole party.

Corporate Setup
The same hall, reset for business — theater, banquet, or conference seating with sound and AV included.
Weddings
From First Look to Last Dance, One Address
Every part of the day happens on the same 14710 NE 168th St property — getting ready, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception all flow into one another without a single guest getting back in a car.
Afternoon
Getting Ready
The bridal suite stays calm and soft-lit while the hall is set behind the scenes.
Golden Hour
Ceremony on the Prairie
Vows outdoors with the open prairie and the light your photographer has been waiting for.
Early Evening
Cocktail Hour
Guests move between the hall's open doors and the patio while the reception room finishes its reset.
Evening
Reception in the Hall
String lights, long tables, and a dance floor under the same timber beams — no second venue, no second drive.

Questions We Get A Lot
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
We share a preferred vendor list — catering, florals, rentals — at your tour. You're welcome to bring your own outside vendors too; we just ask that licensed and insured vendors check in with us ahead of your date.
What happens if it rains on our ceremony day?
The grand hall is the rain plan. We can flip the ceremony indoors under the same string lights with about an hour's notice — no separate tent rental needed.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes — a paved on-site lot with no shuttle required. Guests walk straight from their car to the hall.
How far out should we book our date?
Most couples book 8–16 months ahead, especially for Saturday dates during peak season (May–October). Corporate and private-event dates can often be confirmed on shorter notice — ask us what's open.
What's included in the rental?
Tables, chairs, prep suites, sound, and on-site parking are included. Bar service is arranged separately through a licensed vendor — we'll walk you through options at your tour.
Can we tour before we book?
Always — every date inquiry includes a note asking to schedule a tour, and we'd rather you see the light on the prairie in person before committing to a date.
